Curated Events is not just a rental company. They help create high-end experiences across multiple markets on the East Coast.
They came to us with a clear need. They wanted video content that actually reflected the level they operate at. Not just something that looked good, but something that could show the scale, detail, and quality of their work.
At the same time, the content needed to work across their website, social platforms, and an upcoming Summer Collection launch.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was not just creating content. It was creating the right kind of content.
We needed to:
Show the full scope of what they offer without overwhelming the viewer
Maintain a premium feel across every shot and location
Create videos that could be used in different ways across multiple platforms
Deliver something in time to support the Summer Collection rollout
On top of that, we were working across multiple locations and environments, which adds complexity fast if not planned properly.
SOLUTION
We approached this in two parts, focusing on both experience and product.
First, we captured the scale of their work.
On Kiawah Island, we documented the full installation of a 50 by 90 foot garden tent for a corporate event. This gave us real footage of the process, not just the finished product. It showed the level of coordination, detail, and execution that goes into what they do.
We paired that with an on-camera interview with their marketing director, Mary Katherine. This helped connect the visuals to a clear message, giving context to what viewers were seeing.
Then we shifted to product.
At The Dewberry in Charleston, we filmed their Summer Collection in a more controlled, styled environment. This allowed us to highlight the design, detail, and versatility of their inventory in a way that felt elevated and intentional.
Together, these two pieces worked as both storytelling and sales tools.
Boom. Instant Classic.
Result
The final videos gave Curated Events something they did not have before. A clear, visual way to show both what they do and how well they do it.
The Kiawah Island video highlights scale and execution.
The Summer Collection video focuses on design and detail.
Combined, they position the brand as premium, organized, and capable.
More importantly, the content is usable. It works across their website, social media, and sales efforts, helping them attract the right type of clients and stand out in a competitive market.
