Overview

North American Senior Benefits (NASB) brings together its top leaders and agents each year for a high-energy retreat at Chateau Elan. It is more than just an event. It is where culture, growth, and opportunity all come together in one place.

NASB partnered with Craft Creative to capture that experience on video. The goal was not just to document the event, but to turn it into something useful. A piece of content that shows what it actually feels like to be part of their team and why someone would want to join.

CHALLENGE

The timeline was tight. Everything had to be captured and produced within three days. But the bigger challenge was not speed. It was authenticity. We needed to:Capture the energy of a live event without missing key momentsFilm ten individual agent videos that each felt uniqueHelp people who are not used to being on camera come across naturally and confidentlyIf the videos felt staged or forced, they would not work. This only works if the people feel real.

SOLUTION

We approached this with a clear plan and kept things flexible on the ground.

Day 1 was all about the experience. We captured arrivals, interactions, and the natural moments that show what the NASB culture actually looks like. The setting at Chateau Elan helped, but the focus was on the people and how they connect.

Days 2 and 3 shifted to production.

We built out a studio setup on-site and filmed ten individual agent videos. Each one was designed to feel a little different, with its own look and tone, so the stories did not blend together.

A big part of the process was coaching. Most of the agents were not used to being on camera, so we worked with them directly, helping them relax and speak in their own words. That is where the best moments came from.

One standout moment was a talk from NASB’s co-founder and President, Craig Harvey, who stepped into a Ted Lasso-style role. It brought energy, humor, and a strong sense of leadership that added something memorable to the overall story.

Boom. Instant Classic.

Result

The final content did more than recap an event.

It gave NASB a library of videos they can actually use. The long-form piece captures the full experience, while the individual agent videos highlight real stories of growth, success, and opportunity.

Together, they show what makes NASB different in a way that is easy to understand and hard to ignore.

The feedback from the team was strong. They saw themselves in the videos, but in a way that felt elevated and clear.

More importantly, the content works as a recruiting tool. It helps potential agents see what is possible and what it is like to be part of the team.

And that is the real value here. Not just creating content, but creating something that people can connect with and act on.

Voices That Matter

“ Craft Creative understood our story right away and brought it to life with clarity and care. From the first conversation to final delivery the process was thoughtful smooth and intentional. The work speaks for itself. The final video felt true to our brand and actually worked.”
