Overview
Duffy & Young has a long-standing reputation in Charleston, built over more than 150 years, with extensive trial and appellate experience.
But like many established firms, their brand no longer reflected how they wanted to be perceived today.
As part of a full rebrand led by VIP Marketing, Craft Creative was brought in to develop a brand video that would match this new direction. The goal was not just to create something visually strong, but to make sure the video aligned with the firm’s updated identity and clearly communicated who they are as a team.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was not just creative. It was structural. We needed to: Present four partners as one cohesive unit, not four separate individuals Align every visual detail with the newly developed brand system Create something that felt premium, modern, and intentional without losing the firm’s legacy If the video felt disconnected from the brand or overly generic, it would weaken the entire rebrand.
SOLUTION
We built the video around connection and continuity.
Instead of treating each partner as a standalone segment, we structured the video so each one naturally led into the next. This created a sense of flow and reinforced the idea that the firm operates as a unified team.
Visually, everything was intentional.
We incorporated Charleston locations to ground the firm in its community, while keeping the overall look clean and controlled to match the updated brand. Interviews were direct and focused, supported by polished B-roll that reinforced both professionalism and presence.
Most importantly, the video was developed alongside the broader rebrand, not after it. This ensured consistency across the website, visuals, and messaging from day one.

It does not just introduce the partners. It presents Duffy & Young as a cohesive, modern firm while still respecting the depth of their experience.
